Privacy policy

This policy covers signing up with your email address to receive one message about the launch of the MikroŽivot website.

Legal framework and general information

This policy is based on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll. on personal data processing, and the rules governing electronic communications. It explains what information you provide, why we need it and what rights you have.

When you leave your email address in the form, you entrust us with personal data. We are responsible for protecting it and will process it only for the purposes described below.

Data controller

The data controller is MikroŽivot s.r.o., No. 157, 571 01 Vranová Lhota, Czech Republic, Company ID 30010349, registered under file C 57463 maintained by the Regional Court in Hradec Králové.

As the controller, we determine which data is processed, for what purpose, for how long and who may help us provide the technical services.

Contact details

For questions, personal data requests or withdrawal of consent, contact us by email: write to us.

Phone: +420 732 888 999.

Our commitment

We process personal data only on a valid legal basis, particularly your consent, a legal obligation or our legitimate interest in operating the website securely. We provide the required information before processing begins and enable you to exercise your rights under applicable law.

Data we collect

  • The email address entered in the form.
  • Your selected areas of interest, if provided.
  • The language used when signing up.
  • Your consent to receive the launch announcement.
  • The time of sign-up and technical information needed to protect the form from abuse, namely limited browser information and a secure hash of your IP address.

Purposes and legal basis

We use your email address only to send you a short announcement when the MikroŽivot website launches. The legal basis is the consent you give by ticking the box and submitting the form.

We use technical information on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting the form, preventing spam and operating the website securely.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies or any other technology that stores information on your device or reads it from your device.

We protect the form against abuse without cookies: with a signed timestamp in the form, a hidden field for bots and a limit on the number of attempts.

Third-party content

The website does not load fonts, scripts, analytics, maps or any other content from third-party servers.

The “Google Calendar” link takes you to a Google service only after you click it. Any further processing is then governed by Google’s privacy policy.

Retention and withdrawal of consent

We retain your data until we send the launch announcement or until you withdraw your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

After consent is withdrawn, we delete your data unless further retention is required by law or is necessary to protect our rights.

Data security

We protect personal data with appropriate technical and organisational measures. Access is restricted to people who need it to operate the form, maintain website security or handle your request.

Processors and third parties

The website administrator and technical service providers responsible for hosting, email services, security or maintenance may have access to the data. We do not sell your data or share it for third-party marketing.

Transfers outside the EU

We aim to process data within the European Union. If a technical service provider processes data outside the EU, this will take place only under conditions permitted by the GDPR and with appropriate safeguards.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or data portability, and you may object to processing where these rights apply to your situation. You may also withdraw your consent at any time.

Complaints to the supervisory authority

If you believe your data is being handled incorrectly, you may contact the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ). We would appreciate the opportunity to address any issue promptly if you contact us first.

Unsubscribing

We do not currently send a regular newsletter. Our launch announcement will include a way to decline further communication. You may also contact us at any time.

Confidentiality

People who handle personal data are bound by confidentiality obligations. They must also protect information about security measures whose disclosure could put your data at risk.

Automated decision-making

This sign-up does not involve automated decision-making or profiling with legal effects.
